The perfect team — two professional women who decided to make a difference and inspire others to tell their stories.

Tiffany Truitt Neal

Tiffany has worn many hats over the years—startup entrepreneur, non-profit leader, coaching professional—but her true passion has always been writing. When the Covid lockdown hit, she saw it as the perfect opportunity to switch career gears and finally dive into writing full-time—a path she had longed for since winning creative writing contests in her youth.

Even though her early career wasn’t in writing, Tiffany never let her creative spark fade. She found ways to channel her creativity, whether by crafting content for the companies she worked with or through freelance gigs on the side. It turns out that passion paid off—she's now a popular ghostwriter, published author of both fiction and non-fiction, and a recognized screenwriter.

Tiffany credits her success to the strong foundation built by the unwavering support she received from her dad, both of her moms, and her whole family. They’ve always had her back, and she’s never forgotten that. When asked in an interview what fuels her creativity, Tiffany responded, "A writer needs inspiration, and I find the greatest inspiration comes from everyday life."

A lifelong traveler, Tiffany's adventurous spirit has always guided her to embrace spontaneity, trusting that everything will fall into place—and somehow, it always does.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Tiffany is involved in the local community as an active member of Texas Women in Business - San Antonio (TWIBSA), The World Affairs Council of San Antonio, and Women in Film/Television - San Antonio (SAWIFT).
